Participaction Points rewards people, departments, and work sites within a company for participation in the employee wellness program and for making positive lifestyle changes.

Employees work together towards a common health goal, so Participaction Points also serves as a team-building exercise within the work site. Each participant is held accountable by the group, increasing their motivation to succeed. Peers, bosses, and the employer give recognition for individual improvements in the area of health and wellness.

Employee morale gets a boost during and after this program. Employee retention may also be improved as employees recognize the benefits of a workplace that is dedicated both to their health and to providing added incentives for working there.

The entire Participaction Points program is customized, implemented, and maintained by Wellness Factors: no additional IT infrastructure or resources are required of the employer. Rewards, which are distributed at the discretion of the employer, may include days off, gifts to a local spa, gift certificates to join a cell group, or one-on-one health-and-wellness coaching.
